Is it possible to get some direction on what is going on. Isn't Turbo Tax Satisfaction Guaranteed. Well I am not satisfied, and Turbo tax has made my experience HORRIBLE. Please give us a direction on what the next step is and/or when this issue will be resolved.

What "senior/disabled" form are you asking about? Are you asking about the federal elderly and disabled credit that almost no one gets since Congress has not updated it in decades? Or are you asking about a state credit? What state?

ELDERLY OR DISABLED CREDIT https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/do-i-qualify-for-the-credit-for-the-elderly-or-disabled

There are some states that provide various credits to elderly/disabled folks, so watch for that when you prepare your state return. The states that I know of that have anything for elderly/disabled are AZ, CT, DE, IA, MO, ND, NJ, NY, VE. There may be others.
