Assuming you are referring to the special above-the-line deduction for educator expenses:

If you are in Review, go back to Deductions and Credits

Scroll down to Employment Expenses

Select Teacher (Educator) Expenses

Enter your unreimbursed expenses in the box that appears.

Teachers may be eligible for the Educator Expense Deduction if they meet certain criteria. You must:

Work as a teacher, instructor, counselor, principal, or classroom aide
Work with students in kindergarten through grade 12
Complete at least 900 hours of work during the school year
Be employed by a school that provides elementary or secondary education as determined by state law

I went down to deductions and I saw where it says employment expenses but when i click on teacher (educator) expenses it just asks me a yes or no it doesnt give me a form to fill out but it still wont let me file.

same here. Can't finish because it says a certain educator box (spouse) should not have a value in it....even though I am filing as single. there's nothing in the box and I can't complete my return
