Your will have to manually log in and file your tax return.

Schedule K-1s are issued by pass-through entities (partnerships, S corporations, estates, trusts, and LLCs). These entities don't pay income tax on the profits and losses that are "passed through" to their partners, owners, shareholders, or beneficiaries on Schedule K-1. The recipients then report the K-1 on their own personal tax returns.

Yes, it is common.

The entities such as partnerships or corporations that issue K-1s have different deadlines for filing their returns and providing K-1s to their partners or shareholders. They are not required to issue those to you by January 31st like your employer or other financial institutions.

lso you'll need to import or enter the k-1 that too will not be automatic.
