Has anyone had the problem with credit karma not being able to get your identity verified? I've sent in documents multiple times and still can't verified. Also it keeps saying my SSN doesn't match my credit reports also sent in and verified those too. And credit keeps saying they can't give me a explanation at all I just can't create a account with them I don't think TurboTax understands these same issues have been going on since they linked with them and they are terrible

For this, we ask that you please verify that the primary tax-payer name is the same as the Credit Karma account created for your Refund Advance. If it does, please reach back out here for the next steps.

I have checked everything down to the emails. All my information is correct and I still don’t see my advance.
