How do I fix the page not loading after the "We'll import your forms directly from your financial institution, so you don't have to type it all in."?

No matter if in Wages & income or Deduction and credit and time the import form option come up the next page tom import never loads. Where is the option to do it manually?

Just to clarify, are you trying to manually enter your W2? What forms are you trying to enter?

To manually enter your W-2:

If you don't have your employer's EIN or prefer to skip the import options, you can manually enter the info from your W-2 instead. Follow Steps 1-3 above. At Step 4, if you can't import your W-2 or if you select Continue without entering an EIN, you'll come to Let's type in the rest of your W-2 info screen where you can manually enter your information.

Having a similar issue trying to import w2 - program does not progress to the page/form with input fields.
