    <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe you are talking about personal credit exemptions of $100 per person on the Deleware income tax return. They apply to the tax filer(s) and dependents, so you would have two exemptions, one for your daughter and one for her dependent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
