&lt;P&gt;Persons who file a nonresident income tax return generally cannot claim dependents.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact TurboTax partner &lt;A href="https://www.sprintax.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Sprintax.com&lt;/A&gt; to discuss your situation. TurboTax does not support nonresident tax returns. You can file those through Sprintax.&lt;/P&gt;
