Enter the income reported on the W-2 received from your employer exactly as is shown in all the boxes for the W-2.

The W2 should have the same box # that are on the screen. What is not matching? Or did you get a 1099R instead? Does your W2 look like this one? Or is it a corrected W2? Or are you trying to enter from your paystub? Ask your employer for the right W2.
