My phone didn't freeze, I got kicked out so, which however I was almost done with it but I can't get back to my page or spot,any suggestions ?

Please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. You also have the option to switch between the online version and the mobile app version because they sync together.

Can you clarify, are you using TurboTax Desktop or Online?
