How do I download TT 2021 for Mac after using CD version of 2021 TT on PC?

I used the 2021 CD version of TT on my PC last year. Now I have a Mac that won't read the CD. Intuit won't let me download the 2021 TT even though I have the license code. Help appreciated.

What do you mean the Mac won't read the CD? You have a CD drive on the Mac? People are having luck installing the same CD on both Windows and Mac. It doesn't work to install on the same OS but works to install on a different OS. And the new thing is if you first install from the CD you can't use the download (except for calling in).
