Reject Code F8960-019-04 says 'this return cannot be electronically filed due to a processing error.' Whose processing error?

Is it Turbotax's error or the IRS's? When will it get fixed so I can re-file?

This error refers to Form 8960 Net Investment Income Tax Individuals, Estates, and Trusts.

The issue is known by the IRS

Business Rule F8835-015 will be updated in early PY2023.

Business Rule will be updated in mid-March 2023 for Tax Year 2022

Thanks so much! Wondering wny TT let me pay for my federal and state taxes to be filed when they knew about this problem, and that it can't be fixed for about another month. Disappointing.
