Will Turbotax Form 1065 allow me to input my own GP in the K-1's

I am looking for a tax program that will allow me to input my own guaranteed payments to the partners on my K1's and not automatically calculate it. Tax Act required me to paper file if I did this. Will Turbo Tax work more similarly to the professional version of LaCerte? This is the type of flexibility I need to do my own partnership return and generate the K-1s.

@Rose Gay Screenshots appear below that should answer your basic question. Note that you can go either way (Allocate by Amount is manual while hitting the Continue button is an automatic dispersal among the partners).
