The effective tax rate calculation seems to be broken in TurboTax2018.

Here is an example: AGI - 75000, Taxable Income - 41000, Total Tax - 15000, ETR - 3.3%. What am I missing? If ETR is 3.3% and total tax is 15K, then the taxable amount should be around 454K. Not anywhere close to the taxable income.
