There’s currently an issue where TurboTax is showing an error related to Form K-40SVR (Appraised Property Value). TurboTax is requiring unqualified taxpayers to complete the K-40SVR.

Our team is working on a fix. As a workaround, you should enter a zero for the appraised value when you see the error.

This will not impact the accuracy of your return. No credit is being calculated and the form is not part of the return.

I have done that 3 times and its still rejecting my return. This has been going on for like a week. When will this be resolved? Should i file my state somewhere else?

I'd like to clarify that the KS Form K-40SVR Error is fixed in this week's updates to TT. However, the updates to TTD are being delayed a day now, so some of these customers may still experience an issue. If you respond to this question please advise customers to try again on Sat.
