Turbo tax repeatedly asks for same info

I have entered all of the correct information for the payer on my 1099-R forms but when it does the final review, it says it needs the name, address, etc. It doesn't even say which 1099-R form - I have several. I have tried going back and making sure all the info is there and tried re-entering all the info, but I keep getting the same message after the final review

Could you have one that transferred over from last year and is waiting for you to fill it in? Maybe it needs deleting?

No, I didn't import anything from last year - I entered it all manually. Good idea though
