Physically working out of the county more than 50% of the time

I am paid by a US based company with offices & manufacturing facilities worldwide. I spent 175 working days outside the USA, working in Juarez, Mexico at my company's newest Mega Manufacturing Site. Does the fact that I was working outside of the USA for that amount of time allow me a tax break on those earnings?

No, you won't qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion because you don't seem to meet the requirements.
