Are you referring to the Kansas Homestead or Property Tax Refund for Homeowners? This Kansas Department of Revenue publication may be helpful.

Actually no I never resolved my problem. My stateis still rejected. I do not know what the code KS_40SVR IS

K-40SVR is Kansas Property Tax Relief Claim for Seniors and Disabled Veterans. Turbo Tax Deluxe doesn't list this as a Kansas Tax Form so I would hope that TurboTax would include this form so all the rejections can cease for efiled KS returns.
