      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found a way to make it load, sort of.. If I click the "charge my credit card window" link then close my computer and open it again, it loads. It worked for me.&amp;nbsp; But what a PITA!&amp;nbsp; I must have opened and closed my computer at least a dozen times to finish my payment and be able to file my returns. That meant logging in at least a dozen times. But it's done and I appreciate you sharing your "fix".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most of the time the window that opens is blank, sometimes I get the writing and the "submit" button that does not work.&amp;nbsp; I tried opening and closing my lap top, did not work for me.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Either blank or submit button still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question, did you close it on the dialogue box that says it needs to save your return, or after the next non working page comes up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not going to pay the $40 extra&amp;nbsp; to have it pulled from my return.&amp;nbsp; This is something that needs to be fixed ...please!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't know if it makes a difference, but mine is a California return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok.&amp;nbsp; 10 minutes later I try again.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what worked...I waited for the window to load...then moved it to another monitor...then waited a minute or so...and the submit button worked.&amp;nbsp; Maybe it is just slow loading...not sure if the second monitor had anything to do with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So we're clear, this is specific to the desktop version. After clicking "Charge my credit card" the pop-up window would open, I would close my laptop, re-open it and sign-in the laptop. Turbotax and the pop-up window would still be there but the "continue" link/button would now work. The next screen would load after clicking it. I filled in all of the boxes but none of the text would appear when I typed. After filling everything in I repeated closing and reopening my laptop. The text would then be filled in and the subsequent "continue" button" would work.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Disable your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page. Mine is chrome, as soon as I disabled it the payment page works fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
