What do I do if TurboTax is saying my income tax return was $2200 last year but I only received $800 in income tax return last year?

To go along with that it was supposed to be to $2200 because of the third stimulus check but I never received the extra $1400 for the third stimulus check.

Sounds like your 2021 refund was reduced by the IRS. That happened to lots of people who made mistakes with the recovery rebate credit or child tax credit. TurboTax does not get any updates from the IRS when they reduce a refund. It will have no effect at all on your 2022 return.

And....check your online account with the IRS. See if the IRS says you did get that $1400. Did they send you letter 6475 last year?

If the IRS says you got $1400 per person last year but you did not receive it you can have it traced.
