You will need to follow the flow of entering your Self-employment Income and expenses. As you are going through the program you will come to a section to enter you business expenses.

Find the category for "Health Insurance Premiums". Enter the amounts you paid there, and TurboTax will make sure that amount gets placed on the correct Form and Line. The self-employed health insurance deduction shows up on Schedule 1, line 17

To get to that section, follow these steps:

Open or continue your return

Search for schedule c and select the Jump to link in the search results

Answer Yes to Did you have any self-employment income or expenses?
