      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need tech support to solve an ongoing problem. When starting TurboTax, it always askes for activation code.&amp;nbsp; I have only installed it once but have used code 5 times to sign into program.&amp;nbsp; Now it will not start up the TT program .&amp;nbsp; I have the Home &amp;amp; Business version and downloaded it from Amazon.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I have tried all 4 methods given in the online Help file to correct the problem but still does not work.&amp;nbsp; When I was able to sigh on, the program would update and load.&amp;nbsp;It loads my browser to use online help and has e-filed one return.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I need to file a family member's return as I have been able to do in the past.&amp;nbsp; I need this problem solved.&amp;nbsp; I can not spend hours online trying to get a new activation code every time I start the program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned off virus prg and firewalls, but program still will not load and work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
