My fiance got a summons for a car loan in collections, would they be able to come after me if I claim her as a dependent since she has no income other then me

No, you are not responsible for your GF's debts if you claim her as a dependent. But...are you even sure you can claim her? Did she live with you the WHOLE year in 2022? Did she have less than $4400 of income? IF you can claim her, all you "get" is the $500 credit for other dependents. It is not added to your refund, but it can reduce your tax owed.

No.

Claiming a person as a dependent does not make you responsible for your dependent's debts.
