For this type of discount, there may be a website listed on the flier where you will start your tax return. Is this an Affiliate Discount? If so, please see this Help Article for further details.

If this is a discount straight from TurboTax, it should auto-apply when you start your return depending on the qualifications listed on the flier.

Any updates on this? Received a mailer from TurboTax offering "30% Off Any TurboTax Federal Product" by using "TurboTax.com by 2/28/23). Im attempting to purchase the download version but I do not see a place to input the code during checkout.

TurboTax is currently discounted at up to 30%, which is what the mailer is probably referring to. The only codes TurboTax issues are service codes, which are issued via our customer support department and applies a discount to the TurboTax Online fee.

Was there a code on the mailer? If so, how many digits is the code? Is it an alphanumeric code?

Yes, there is a code. Its 14 digits long. The first 4 digits are below.

This must be something new ... can you post a picture of the coupon/mailer but mask your PII and the code.

i am having the same problem. i have the exact same coupon and want to purchase the download (NOT online and therefore the instructions for online purchases do not apply) Has Turbo Tax resolved this?

those instructions do not work if purchasing a download. Please provide instructions for how to apply this discount. I have the exact same discount mail offer from Turbotax

I received an e-mail that said I can get the Turbo Tax premium today for $95.20. However, your program charged me $119. I clicked the link and everything. If I can't get a refund for the difference I am disputing this charge with my bank.

I clicked here and asked for an agent to refund the difference, but there was no response. It said unavailable.
