    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My husband received a settlement from a lawsuit and received two W2's for it.&amp;nbsp;On one W2, boxes 1-13 are empty, leaving only boxes 14, 15, 20 and A-E filled in (d is blank).&amp;nbsp; The other W2 is more complete with only boxes d, 7-14 and 18-20 that are blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Box 15 has two different State Employer's state ID #&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because Box 1 is empty on one of the W-2s, I can't e-file.&amp;nbsp; What can I do in this situation?&amp;nbsp; Do I even need the W2 that is primarily blank?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Blessings!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can combine the two into one entry and if needed add more state and local information. &amp;nbsp;Just be sure no information is duplicated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
