Turbo tax business transmission error "difficulty recognizing data"

Hello, when trying to efile my federal partnership return I am getting this message. "the intuit electronic filing system is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. Make sure your turbotax program is up-to-date. Go to the online menu and select check for updates. if you still can't transmit your return, go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or workaround. in some cases, you may need to file this return by mail. - null"

I can't seem to figure out why. I searched the internet and am currently on hold with turbotax waiting for help. Anyone have a solution?

Depending on your outcome with phone support, you may try doing a manual update if needed.

I am having the transmission error and it seems to be with the New York State Tax return form IT-204, Line G(2). I had the withholding ID in XXXXXXXXX format in the last year's return. TurboTax displays the message that it has to be in XX-XXXXXXX format. I tried in both format but Intuit return "difficult recognizing data" error. I also tried updating software.

Obviously, TurboTax needs to fix this issue in their update. Please advise.
