Can I import my 1099-Div that is available online, even though Turbo tax says this information is not yet available for two weeks?

In other words, I want to override the message from Turbotax that says info will not be available til Feb 13, when I know it is available now.

You are probably trying to import too soon. Usually financial institutions have the information online for you to view or print earlier than they have it ready for importing into the tax software. It is often about mid-February before you can import 1099R's, 1099B's , etc.

If you are able to see it, you can key it all in by hand if you do not want to wait until it can be imported.

If you can view your 1099-DIV, you always have the option to type it in yourself.
