      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apparently I have 2 TurboTax accounts and my automatic renewals are attached to my old account.&amp;nbsp; I have requested 3 times through your automated web page to update the email on this old account so I can actually log into it. The email associated to that old account is not working any more (I moved away from that area 7 years ago), but my requests keep getting declined because I my not know all of my old account information any more.&amp;nbsp; So how do I recover this old account, or have it merged with my current account so I can receive my CD at my new address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
