Why can't I use my PIN instead of my AGI which I took note of but IRS says is it wrong?

I took note of my 2021 AGI . Knew I'd need it. IRS says it's wrong. Can I use my PIN which I know is right.I don't want to mail it in. I want to efile like I do every year.

If you successfully chose a 5 digit PIN during e-File last year, you can use that instead of AGI.

don't put the PIN in the AGI box.

Evidently, TurbOTax makes this step difficult and confusing.

if IRS rejects your PIN there's nothing you can do other than enter the correct AGI amount.
