It seems the other fours the online version is VERY different from the older version. What do I need to do to access the other 4 returns offered in the Deluxe pkg???

The TurboTax ONLINE editions can only be used for One tax return per account and User ID.

You would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions to have 5 free federal tax return e-files included with the TurboTax software purchase.

Did you purchase the CD/download?

You appear to be posting from online Deluxe software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for. If you are using online, you are using the wrong program. You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for. You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end. You need to use the desktop software. One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar. Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen. Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.

You are posting from the Online version.

When you filled out your return did you go online and log in? And see a black column on the left side with the menu items, Federal, State, File etc.

That is Online.

The Windows Desktop program is blue across the top and the menu items like Federal, State, Review, File go across the top.

To start another return in the Desktop program go up to the top black menu bar File-New Tax Return.
