      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you owe tax due to the IRS you are not getting a federal refund.&amp;nbsp; It cannot be both.&amp;nbsp; Look on your Form 1040.&amp;nbsp; If you are getting a refund it will be on line 35a.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If you owe tax to the IRS it will be on line 37.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You either have a tax due or a refund, not both.&amp;nbsp; Was the $142 for the Turbo Tax fees or a federal tax due or state? How did you pay it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
