    <description>She has her own insurance, does she select that the policy is for someone not on her tax return? It's worded as if she is on the policy, she's not. Just want to make sure.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;You can leave the box next to "I shared this policy with another taxpayer who's not on my taxes" blank after Form 1095-A information is entered and move on. Since you and your wife are filing married jointly, this question does not apply to you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean ....on her return?&amp;nbsp; A joint return is only 1 return combined for the both of you.&amp;nbsp; You only file 1 return.&amp;nbsp; You only use 1 account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
