Regarding Turbo Tax's insistence that CA state filers must wait for the release of Form 3804-CR, whether we need this obscure form or not, is a horrible glitch in TT. I have used TT for many years, and have never encountered anything like this. TT is supposedly designed for simple, easy tax filing. Instead I had to do a search to find out what the heck that form is and why is TT insisting that I have it. I will no longer recommend the TT program.

To delete in desktop click here.

To delete in TurboTax Online open your return and click pick up where I left off and continue. the return should now open and have a left hand menu with Tax Tools>Tools>Delete a form>Delete a state form CR-3804, confirm.
