Struggle with E-file LOOP

I've been checking many times and everything is right and has no mistakes but it keeps me looped in. I don't know why it happens I've been using this for nearly 10 years and no problem til today It suddenly happens when I wait for IRS open by today after I am ready to e-file but it won't let me finish it.

Please help me out.

What screen are you experiencing in the loop? Do you get an error message? Are there missing buttons?
