You posted your question from a version of online Live software. If you are really using that “Live” software you can get help from your “expert.”

And....have you checked to make sure you did not enter the same W-2 twice?

No, you should not file your tax return with duplicate W-2’s.

Go back to your income section and make sure that you did not enter the same W-2 twice or mistakenly enter a second copy of your W-2, thinking it was another W-2, and you missed one.

You can delete your extra W-2 by:

Opening or logging in to your TurboTax online return, if it's not already open.
In the upper right corner, click My Account > Tools.
In the pop-up window, select Delete a form.
Scroll down and click Delete next to form W-2 and follow the instructions to remove the form.
