&lt;P&gt;Speaking of taxes, you might be pleased to know that &lt;A href="https://www.michigan.gov/taxes/iit-forms/estate-tax-forms" target="_self"&gt;Michigan does not have an estate tax&lt;/A&gt;. So, while I can't tell you about the process of probating a will in Michigan, at least you won't have any state taxes on the estate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
