Due Date for Payment of Estimated Taxes

Hello,

I sold a house the last week of September 2022 - my understanding is that my payment of estimated taxes isn't due until January 17th, 2023. Correct?

Here is the information from the IRS website:

September 1 – December 31	January 15* of the following year. *See January payment in Chapter 2 of Publication 505, Tax Withholding and Estimated Tax
