Tennessee does not have a state income tax so there is no Tennessee state tax return to file.

Added info...... We are keeping both properties and spending a few months at a time in each. Both are set up in a trust. Also TN does not have income tax so moving our business address to TN allows us to file from TN? Think it saves around 7.5% CA income tax yes?
