No, it does not change your taxes for this year (2022). You will be able to claim your child when you file your 2023 taxes (filed in 2024).

Unless you are in the state of Georgia, you cannot claim anything for a child who was not born in 2022 on a 2022 tax return. GA has a credit for unborn children---if you are in GA you can use that credit when you prepare your state return.
