Wait until Friday the 27th and go thru the state Q&A again then....several states won't be ready until after the 26th.

But you didn't indicate which state........for one I saw last week, they had to wait until 2 or 3 Feb.

Please try the following steps which may help clear the loop you are experiencing:

Log completely out of Turbo Tax.
Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it. I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.
Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.
- You can also try a different browser as well, or "incognito mode".

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach back out here in the thread and someone will follow up with the next steps.

I did everything you suggested with no luck! My Michigan tax forms are still in the preview mode. I am thinking of clearing and starting over to see if that works.

The state list of forms for MI....show that most won't be ready for "Printing" until after 2 February.

Most are ready for e-filing now....except for 2 or 3 less-used forms...which are scheduled for 2 or 16 Feb.
