    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to e-file via the downloaded Turbo Tax program (through a popup page) and am getting the following error every time I try to pay the fee: "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before anyone asks...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-I'm using the correct home address (that matches what the banks have)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-I tried other credit cards + debit card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-I tried logging in with account, as guest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
