Come back and try again on the 27th. Go thru the full IN interview Q&A again then.

Of course it's a software issue....there's a couple other things that need correcting for Indiana...so they stop the e-filing until it gets corrected.

I got a similar error email last night. Hopefully they fix it soon. I logged in this morning and the error isn't even showing like the email said it would be. Mine says the county rate is not correct based on the county where the taxpayer reside/work.

I got the same error as well, but when I revisit state it just gives me the option to re-file. I dont know where this "program" is I need to update.

Did you also get the error message "the county rate is not correct based on the county where the taxpayer reside/work"?

I ran a test return this afternoon, and the tax rate for a resident of Johnson County was "0.0125000", which is correct according to the second page of Schedule TC-40.

Is it possible that you lived in more than one county? Is there perhaps some other out-of-the-box situation on your returns?

Fix or revisit never shows up for me. The update fixed the problem, but turbotax won't let me refile.

Pending sounds like the return was already filed. Did it allow it to file and then switched to pending?
