I can't open 2022 TurboTax for Mac with MacOS Monterey

After installing from CD I couldn't open so I followed instructions in article "TurboTax for Mac won't open" as well as its alternate instructions. Then I followed instructions to remove and uninstall TurboTax and found that none of the items existed in the System Library folder. I emptied the trash, restarted the computer and tried to empty the trash again as instructed but nothing was in the trash. Then I downloaded TurboTax from InstallTurboTax.com, but still can't open TurboTax 2022. Will TurboTax run on an Apple silicone chip Mac?

Thanks for your reply. I have confirmed the my operating system meets the minimum requirement and although it doesn't have an Intel processor it has Rosetta 2 which runs other Intel software on Apple M! processor with no issues. I have also followed all the instructions in TurboTax for Mac won't open when installed. TurboTax 2022 still won't open on my Mac. Do you have any other suggestions?
