Where did it ask you that question? And whose tax return are you preparing? Your own--- or your daughter's?

It depends on where in the program you're being asked that question. If you are claiming your daughter as a dependent, you can't do that if she's married and filing a joint return with her husband. (There are exceptions, but I'm not getting into that without more details.)
