Where is the website to enter the license for 2022 turbotax download?

The download directions in the Turbotax Deluxe product from Costco, after signing in, do not lead to a screen to enter the license to download the application.

If you purchased the TurboTax software as a download you need to install the software on your personal computer, Window or Mac. During the installation you will be asked for the license code.

There is no reason for you to access the TurboTax online web-based editions since you have already purchased the software to install on a computer.

thank you for the reply. You are correct in that I received the CD which would work fine if my computer had a CD drive. The instructions with the product also say I can go to a website and download the product. I am unable, following the directions or otherwise, to find a site where I can enter the license code from a product I previously purchased at a store. Can anyone provide help on this problem?

Did you go to this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

If you sign on to the TurboTax website using a current User ID or create a User ID you should get the following program window to enter the license code so the download will be pushed to your download account

MY STEPS TO INSTALL 2022

I have a ASUS Windows 10 laptop. I bought the Home & Business CD at

Costco. I used the Download method to install using Chrome. The

install went smooth, no problems. Just like last year. Here are my

steps…..

Update Windows 10

Update Anti Virus program

Run full Scan

Paused Protection

Go to installturbotax.com

Log into my account

Enter Code, it didn't look like it was formatting it right but I waited

and it put the dashes in the right places

Download showed up in my Account

I first clicked on the little blue "copy code"

Then clicked on the big Window Download button

It downloaded the exe file in the bottom left, then I clicked on it to

start the install

Launch TurboTax

Do Updates - took a long time but it updated

But it didn't restart. Didn't restart last year either

So clicked on desktop icon to launch

When the Activation box came up I just did Ctrl+V to paste the License

Code that was still in my clipboard. It worked!

Did not fill out the registration form.

Turned off Auto Updates

Turn Anti Virus back on

Start New Return and Transferred from 2021
