      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reinstall from the CD, or contact the vendor you bought the download from and download it again. &amp;nbsp;Turbotax does not place a limit on the number of downloads, and most reputable vendors (Amazon, etc.) will not limit your downloads either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i had same issue, same question.&amp;nbsp; But i have no idea how i bought this online (my assumption is i bought it from Intuit, turbotax...)&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have a handful of files still on my drive, but none of the program files.&amp;nbsp; While i'm doine with my 2018 filing, now i have this Turbotax files that i cannot open.....&amp;nbsp; I'm not trying to cheat you guys.....and obviously this makes it easier to use turbotax again in 2019&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>FYI ... you do not need the 201 program on your computer to use the 2019 version ... all you need is the .tax2018 file to transfer the info ... if you had your files backed up then that one should still be there.</description>
