Can't find previous files online from 2020

I use Turbo Tax to create W2/W3, 1099/1093 every year. I was wanting to look back at 2020 documents and I cannot find them. I have done it online for several years. How can I find the information?

Depends how you did them. In the windows Home & Business program you can do them 2 ways, either on your computer or online using Quick Employer Forms.

If you used the Online Quick Employer Forms, the QEF server only saves current year and only ONE prior year. If you needs copies you may be able to get them from the IRS.

I used the online because it was recommended and it will do the filing. I did, however, think that they would keep the past records so I could access them. I usually printed an entire set of the information but didn't one year. I have all I need but from now on will print and save all the information. Thank you so much for your help.
