I already had purchased and installed and began using the app.

Didn't get back to it until today (11/28/2021), Placed the order and

when I went to install the app it told me that I had already

bought & installed the app...

Your records will confirm my request/purchase.

Please respond to the email on file regarding this issue.

@steve2909 ONLY YOU can put in a for a refund of the fee ... go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund of the downloaded program within 60 days of purchase.

That didn't work... it an automated system and I could not get the order cancelled.. It's not processed on my Credit Card yet..
