When I go to file and click the advance option, it tells me they couldn’t verify my personal info on Credit Karma. I am using the Credit Karma app to log in.

I get an error message that says “We are unable to verify your personal info” and they kick me out. I used this same account last year. TurboTax and Credit Karma both verified my info.

Only Credit Karma would be able to provide assistance with verifying your personal information on their end. You can contact them via their Contact Us link.

Although TurboTax and Credit Karma are both a part of Intuit, they are separate products. Please see Is Credit Karma a part of TurboTax? for more information
