Why isn't my final return review working so I can move on to the file a return portion?

Everything is ok up until I see the estimated refund. I press continue and the next page loads but it doesn't complete the review.

I'm using the free version of Turbo Tax. There is no help option unless I upgrade to a paid version.

Lots of federal and/or state forms are not ready yet. You have to e-file your federal return first, and then your state. The state will not accept a return until the IRS has accepted your federal return. The IRS begins to accept returns on January 23. If you are waiting for federal forms you will also have to wait to file your state.
