my wife is an executor for her moms estate. the attorney told her to lay herself. IRS does not require a 1099, but what do we put this under with turbotax?

the calculation of fees is specified as a sliding percentage. Did your attorney give you the calculation?

It may be better to waive your fee if you are a beneficiary of the estate.
